Our website listings include up to 10 colour photos plus a detailed description of your property,land or business for sale. Follow the links on our website to create a listing yourself, or e-mail your photos and description to us and we'll do the rest.

For private sellers, our listings are from $200.00 until sold!  With Ultimate exposure packages available on industry only websites. www.realestate.com.au ,domain.com.au, homehound.com.au to mention a few. * These websites are not owned or have no connection to www.sellmyhouseonline.com.au they are available to us only via our licensed agency affiliates. Colour Brochures

Colour brochures can be placed on local notice boards,Vehicle window, Take ways, video stores, petrol station windows to advertise your property, anywhere with a high pedestrian traffic flow. Particularly if you are having an Open For Inspection. Also hand them out during Open For and Private inspections. They're great to jog peoples memory, plus provide prospective buyers with your contact details.

Sign is 900mm x 600mm in size. Contains 1 full colour photo. Website address, Property Id & 1300 contact number. * Perfect to add to your forsale sign if you have already purchased one within a package! Can be made vertically or horizontally.

Our For Sale Signs are made from quality 5mm thick 900mm x 600mm corflute. They are digitally printed and include a space for you to write your unique Property ID Number. We did our research and came up with colours that really stand out.  Red, blue and yellow are used extensively in the real estate market and are over used on signage. We came up with colours that are unique and really grab your attention! Postage not included.

Digital Photography

If you live within the Sydney or Illawarra Region, we offer a digital photography and Photoshop service. We can come to your property and take a series of photos capturing the key features of your property. We then return to our office and Photoshop the photos. We offer this service for only $180.00.

We also have a team of photographers working for us throughout Australia, for anyone outside our immediate area.  So, whether you live on the Sunshine Coast or Sydney, we can still offer you professional real estate photography. Please phone us for further details as prices may vary.

Call Screening Service

Designed as a service for our private sellers. Our call screening service enables you to only deal with genuine callers.
It also prevents you from missing any calls when you’re out or not available. All genuine inquiries are forwarded to you immediately.
